I’m not good at this introductory stuff—explaining things, selling it—I’m no host. I never wanted to be the play-by-play guy—that stuff, as you can tell, makes me nervous. I’d rather just get to work and do it than talk about doing it. But Annie and I conceded to recommendations that a Welcome Video is probably needed, so, here you go.

I’m sure I’ll be just as nervous when we go live the first few times, or every time, but that’s the kind of nervous energy I thrive on, so, don’t let this video scare you off.
