I am fairly certain your photo was shot in Summer 87 when the Tour stopped at the Charles Town Square Mall in North Charleston, SC? Steve Saiz, Adrian Demain and Per Werlinder were on the bill, too. I am also certain that I was in that crowd at that demo that day, too. The first issue of a 'zine I did called Streetscribe (with Kevin E. Taylor) debuted a few weeks after this and featured photos from the event. You should add more of your photos to the SK843 group when you can... (BTW- I really dig the new 'Wastelands' spot up on King Street that you and Horne and Bob and a few other made! I haven't ridden it, but it totally reminds me of the Junkyard on Sullivan's Island.)
