Scott should never have designated the stick and thrown it over the glass for my daughter without security there to see the gifting through properly... Clearly you and I would never see eye to eye on that and that's fine. I also understand that there are repercussions for the decisions I made and that's fine -- I can live with it. But I can not live with the fact that the Ducks sided with an obviously over-served fan and that I was the only person cited and detained. I can not live with the fact that they have never acknowledged the stick was designated for and thus the property of my daughter even when Scotty said so himself.
