Yea I ride 147′s… That’s what I would recommend but the best thing to do is go into a skateshop and size up the truck that works best for you.

Mike, I haven’t skated in ages and all these sizes and numbers have changed. I’m planning to get ur Element Pachyderm deck which is 7.875 x 31.75. The trucks I want to use come in 5.0 (7.75in.) or 5.25 (8in.). I noticed the majority of ur boards from Element are 7.875 x 31.75 and you say you ride 147s. I remember it was either 159mm or 169mm and I always got 159s. What size trucks do you recommend (since ur model is between 7.75 and 8)??? Thanks in advance.

I ride 147′s hi’s … because my board is around 8 inches and I ride between 52-54mm wheels… so it all depends on the width of your board and the height of your wheels… But beyond that… any set will do you right…
